There is currently very high demand for our services Orders not picked up can sit on the shelf and oftentimes spoil and go to waste. Canceled orders need to be unpacked and reshelved. Additionally, it takes a lot of extra staff time and energy to reach out if you miss your pick-up. By taking a slot and no-showing, you are using a slot that another household could have used.
