One22 services are available to all individuals, regardless of immigration status. Our team has a long history of helping immigrants find their way by providing: Language assistance Medical financial debt navigation and referrals Referrals to legal, employment & immigration entities Referrals to housing and medical providers Assistance with vital records, passports, apostilles and other government processes Interpreter training programs Translation services *limited 2023 Immigrant Services UpdateOne22’s language access program has shifted its focus to professional skill building of interpreters and on raising the quality of language services valley-wide. Our goal is to help our community meet the needs of a changing multinational workforce. Now, we are taking a look at services related to workers compensation and taxpayer assistance to determine how best One22 can support current needs in the community. Community Interpreter International TrainingOne22 is focused on professional skill building of interpreters and on raising the caliber of language services valley-wide. Our core partner in interpreter training is The Community Interpreter International (TCII), the leading national entry-level program to train interpreters to work in medical, educational and social services settings. We are currently exploring options to offer this 40-hour course over a hybrid virtual/in person format, as well as an intensive one-week format. One22 invites bilingual community members to enroll in this comprehensive training program if they are currently, or are planning to, provide interpretation services in the area.
